Medical agreement
In order to meet corporate needs, the CMC offers convention agreements for industries, companies and public services. A legal obligation
In the DRC, the law stipulates that “any company or establishment must provide medical service to its workers” (article 177 of the Labor Code). This obligation extends to members of the worker's family, provided that they live under the same roof and are dependent on the worker. By signing an agreement with the CMC, you are perfectly in order with Congolese law.
Bespoke medical agreement
The CMC offers medical agreements adapted to the specific needs of companies operating in the DRC. We offer a basic package, but also tailor-made agreements, which include additional services.
