During your stay

During your hospitalization, the staff will take care of your well-being and your comfort. Do you have questions about your stay at the CMC? Find out all the answers to your questions here.

The CMC offers a wide choice of accommodation: dispensary rooms (6 beds), common rooms (4 beds), VIP rooms (2 beds with the possibility of privatization - at an additional cost and depending on availability).

You will be directed to the hosting solution that best suits your case and your situation.

If you have an agreement, the type of room depends on your subscription :

  • > 6 bedrooms : F 50 type agreement
  • > 4 bedrooms : F 125 type agreement
  • > VIP 2 bedrooms : on request.
  •

All the bedrooms are equipped with a full bathroom: sink, shower, wc. We ask that you use these facilities with care and with consideration of other patients who share your room, if applicable.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The VIP rooms include a mini fridge and a television with access to DSTV and CANAL +.

A patio, as well as a secure and shaded garden, are available to patients and their visitors. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the place.

Hospitalized patients may receive visits, if these are authorized by the doctor. Depending on the service concerned, visits are limited to 1 visitor per patient. Children under the age of 6 are not admitted as visitors.

  • > Afternoon : 12.00 – 14.00
  • > Evening : 16.00 – 19.00.

CMC does not serve meals or drinks. Relatives can bring meals to patients. Cooking or reheating meals is prohibited in the rooms or on the grounds of the CMC. Meals brought to the CMC must be ready to eat

CMC equipment does not always match the equipment you have at home. We ask you to take care of the furniture and all the infrastructure made available to you during your hospitalization and your stay at the CMC. If in doubt, do not hesitate to seek advice from the nursing staff.

Any item missing or damaged at the end of your stay will be charged to your account.

The sink is only for washing yourself. Do not use it for bathing a baby, showering, or storing food or goods. After using the sink, please ensure to turn off the tap.

To ensure toilet hygiene, always flush the toilet after your visit and inform staff if toilet paper is missing.

As for the shower, it can only be used for washing.
