Appointment
The CMC organizes medical consultations from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Consultations are open to all: private patients (individuals) and contracted (subscription).
The contracted patients are referred to the dispensary or the clinic according to their subscription.
After consultation hours, only the emergency department is authorized to receive patients.
Make an appointment
To make an appointment, contact the CMC reception on +243 997 030 789 or +243 840 890 997. The reception is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
If you have an agreement, give the name of your employer and your SBIM number when making an appointment.
If your appointment request is urgent, let the staff at reception know.
Carefully write down the date and time of your appointment.
Going to the appointment
We kindly ask you to arrive at the CMC at least 30 minutes before the meeting time in order to check in at reception and have time for any administrative formalities.
Don’t forget to take with you:
Your identity documents: voter card or passport
For subscribers, the SBIM card.
For the insured, the insurance card.
Your medical file, if you have consulted another health establishment.
In the event of an imaging or laboratory examination, the request completed and signed by the doctor.
If you are unable to attend your medical appointment, be sure to notify the CMC reception on +243 997 030 789 or +243 840 890 997 AT LEAST 48 hours before the appointment. Beyond this limit, the CMC reserves the right to claim the price of the consultation, if the patient is not present.
After the appointment
If the doctor has given you a medical prescription, put it on the pharmacy counter next to the reception. The person in charge will prepare the order and tell you how and when to take your medication.
Private patients are asked to go to the cash desk after the consultation to settle their bill and collect their copy. At present, only cash payments (US dollars or FC Congolese francs) and Credit Card (VISA & MASTERCARD) are accepted.
